Sales Manager

Responsibilities

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Be responsible for all sales-related activities
  • Be in charge of communicating with clients.
  • Draft quotes, invoices and handle payment processing
  • Handle online marketing and sales
  • Work with customers in all steps of the sales process.
  • Liaison with production team to help produce products to customers specifications
  • Maintain relationships with existing clients and persue new sales leads
  • Cold-call/email businesses, organizations and student groups
  • Train sales team members where applicable

Requirements

  • Strong Interpersonal Skills – able to work both independently as well as part of a team.
  • Ability to take initiative independently – This role will require being a self-starter and pursue new sales leads without direction from management.
  • Creativity – Both in terms of people skills and problem solving
  • Experience in sales and customer service extremely important
  • Experience working with nonprofits, charities or student groups an asset

Campus Representative

This position is part-time. A successful candidate will receive direct compensation ($12/hr) for their time, as well as commission on sales where applicable.

We are looking for Campus Representatives for:

Western University

University of Guelph

Queens University

Wilfred Laurier University

Carleton University/University of Ottawa

 

Responsibilities

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Developing Charitees’ Brand on campus
  • Attending campus events as a representative of the company where applicable
  • Networking within clubs, student organizations and school departments
  • Developing relationships with potential clients and helping Charitees’ sales staff to meet client needs.

Requirements

  • Ability to take initiative independently – This role will require being a self-starter and pursue new sales leads without direction from management.
  • Confidence when forming new relationships on campus
  • A large social network and experience working in student life
  • Strong communication skills – this position will require candidates to work remotely, as well as maintain relationships in-person with clients.
  • Experience in sales and customer service
